Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal information TL3 collects across the Services, how we use it, and your choices. Short version: we collect what we need to run your account and our Services. We do not sell or share your personal information, and we do not track you for advertisers or anyone else.
1. Who is responsible
TL3, 411 NE 3rd Ave, Delray Beach, FL 33444, is responsible for your personal information. Contact: contact@thelatethirds.com.
2. What we collect
- Account details: username, email address, password (stored in scrambled form), date of birth or age confirmation.
- Membership records: plan, dates, payment status. Card details are collected and processed by our payment provider (Stripe); we do not receive or store full card numbers.
- What you do in the Services: league moves and lineups, game scores, saved settings and builds, Creations, chat posts and messages, support requests.
- Technical information: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, approximate location from IP, and essential cookies (see the Cookie Policy).
We do not ask for sensitive information (such as health, religion or government ID). Please do not post it.
3. How we use it
- To create and run your account and the features you use, including the shared login across our sites.
- To process memberships and payments and to provide support.
- To keep the Services secure and prevent cheating, fraud, scraping and abuse.
- To improve the Services and our AI systems using usage patterns that are aggregated or de-identified so they do not identify you.
- To send account and service messages. If we ever send marketing email, every message will include a way to opt out.
- To meet legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
Where the law requires a legal basis (for example in the EU or UK), we rely on performing our contract with you, our legitimate interests in running and protecting the Services, your consent where we ask for it, and legal obligations.
4. What we never do
- We do not sell or rent personal information.
- We do not share personal information for advertising, and we run no advertising trackers.
- We do not share user data with betting companies or data brokers.
5. Who we share it with
Only service providers that help us run the Services (such as our web host, payment provider and email or security tools), under agreements to protect it; authorities when the law requires it; others when needed to protect users, the public or the Services; and a successor if TL3 or a brand is reorganized or sold, under this policy. Other league members can see what you post in leagues and chats.
6. One account across our sites
The Late Thirds and 3RDS share sign-in. When you sign up on one, your username and email may be saved on the other so your name is held and joining later is easy. This does not start a membership there.
7. How long we keep it
While your account is open, and afterward only as long as needed for legal, tax, security and dispute purposes. League history, results and chat may be kept as part of a league’s record. De-identified and aggregate information may be kept indefinitely.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or download your personal information, object to or limit certain uses, withdraw consent, and complain to a data protection authority. California and other US state residents have similar rights; we do not sell or share personal information as those laws define it. To make a request, email contact@thelatethirds.com. We will verify your identity and respond within the time the law requires. We will not treat you differently for using your rights.
9. International transfers
TL3 is based in the United States and our providers may process information there and in other countries. Where required, we use lawful transfer safeguards.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects you, we will notify you as the law requires.
11. Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Accounts are 18+. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes
We will post updates here with a new date and tell account holders about significant changes.
