These terms cover your use of tl3rds.com, The Late Thirds (thelatethirds.com) and 3RDS (thelate3rds.com), which are all run by TL3 (“TL3,” “we,” “us”). By using any of these sites, you agree to these terms.
1. Who can use our sites
Anyone may browse our free pages. To create an account, join a league or make a purchase, you must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, whichever is higher.
2. Your account
One account can be used across The Late Thirds and 3RDS. Signing up on one site may reserve your username and email on the other so you can join it later; it does not subscribe you to it. You are responsible for your login details and for activity on your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has used it.
3. Memberships, trials and payments
Each site’s memberships are sold separately unless offered as a bundle. Prices, billing periods and any free trial are shown at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, memberships renew automatically until you cancel. Cancelling stops future charges, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers.
4. Fair play
Don’t cheat, exploit bugs, harass other users, share accounts, scrape or copy our content or data, or interfere with how the sites work. We may remove content, reset scores or standings, or suspend accounts that break these rules.
5. Our content
Our articles, rankings, profiles, games, tools, designs and code belong to TL3 or our partners and are protected by law. You may use them for personal, non-commercial purposes. Anything you post (league chat, messages, names) stays yours, but you give us permission to display it on our sites so the features work.
6. For entertainment and information
Our rankings, projections, grades and tools are opinion and analysis for fantasy football and fan use. They are not betting advice, and we don’t guarantee any result. Sports information changes fast, and we can’t promise every detail is current or error-free.
7. No warranty and limits on liability
Our sites are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows, TL3 is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data or lost profits, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Independent
TL3, The Late Thirds and 3RDS are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the NFL, any NFL team, the NFLPA or any player.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we’ll change the date at the top. If a change is significant, we’ll let account holders know. Using our sites after an update means you accept it.
