This policy explains what information TL3 collects across tl3rds.com, The Late Thirds (thelatethirds.com) and 3RDS (thelate3rds.com), and how we use it.
What we collect
- Account details: your username, email address and password (stored scrambled, never readable by us).
- Membership and purchase records: what you bought and when. Card details are handled by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers.
- Activity on our sites: league moves, lineups, game scores, saved settings, and messages or chat posts you send.
- Technical information: basic data your browser sends (like device type and pages visited) and cookies needed to keep you signed in and remember your settings.
How we use it
- To run your account and the features you use: leagues, games, saved scores, messages.
- To process memberships and payments, and to provide support.
- To keep our sites secure and fix problems.
- To send important account and service messages. Any marketing emails will always include a way to opt out.
One account across our sites
The Late Thirds and 3RDS share sign-in. When you sign up on one, your username and email may be saved on the other so the name is held for you and joining later is easy. It does not sign you up for a membership there.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with services that help us run the sites (such as our web host and payment providers), when the law requires it, or to protect our users and sites. Other league members can see what you post in leagues and chats.
How long we keep it
We keep account information while your account is open, and for a reasonable time afterward to meet legal, tax and security needs. League history and scores may be kept as part of a league’s record.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or to close your account, through our Contact page. You can also block or clear cookies in your browser, but some features, like staying signed in, won’t work without them.
Children
Our sites are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
Changes
If we update this policy, we’ll change the date at the top. If a change is significant, we’ll let account holders know.
