Memberships, Refunds & Cancellation
Plans and trials
Membership prices, billing periods and what each plan includes are shown before you pay. Where a free trial is offered (currently 7 days on The Late Thirds), a payment method is required, access starts right away, and your first charge happens when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. The trial terms and first charge date are shown at checkout.
Automatic renewal
Memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize our payment provider to charge your payment method at each renewal. We will give notice before a price change applies to an existing membership, and remind annual members before renewal where required.
Cancelling
Cancel anytime from your Account page, or email contact@thelatethirds.com. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Refunds
Because access starts immediately, payments are generally non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund, you were charged in error or twice, or we choose to refund. Where local law gives you a right to withdraw from a digital-content purchase, it applies. Accounts closed for breaking the Terms or Community Rules are not refunded, to the extent the law allows.
