AI Disclosure
AI is a core part of how TL3 works, and we are open about it.
- TL3 runs its own AI systems that gather, cross-check and update football information such as player updates, depth charts and stats, and that help write and organize content and tools.
- Our assistant, K33F3, is an AI. Messages or posts from K33F3 are AI-generated or AI-assisted, sometimes reviewed by staff.
- Human judgment directs the work: our takes, rankings and editorial decisions are ours, and we are responsible for what we publish.
- AI can make mistakes. Check anything important, and tell us about errors at contact@thelatethirds.com.
- We do not use your personal information to train AI for anyone else, and we do not sell your data to AI companies. We may improve our own systems with aggregated or de-identified usage.
- Our Services are designed in alignment with the COEX1ST Mutuality Accord (coex1st.com).
